Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation and meditation technique which induces deep body-mind relaxation with the goal of increasing self awarenes. The yoga nidra technique enables you to remain aware while you enter into a the dream and sleeping states of consciousness.
Chair Yoga - This class is designed for anyone looking for a gentle yoga experience including those with medical conditions, those recovering from an injury, or for senior citizens. In addition, students wanting support with relaxation and restful sleep will also enjoy this class. Poses to renew strength, vitality and flexibility.
Yoga for Parkinsons
Meditation- The benefits of having a meditation practice are vast, including stress reduction, decreased anxiety, and the promotion of overall health and wel[-being. We offer various types of meditation support including guided imagery, breath awareness, body scan meditation, and sound and mantra meditation.
Restorative Yoga- Restorative yoga promotes deep relaxation by holding poses for longer periods of time with the aid of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. The class is extremely relaxing and slow paced.
