Monday Chair Yoga with Jane – 8:30-9:30 am -
This class is designed for those with medical conditions, for those recovering from an injury, for senior citizens, or for anyone looking for a gentle yoga experience. In addition, students wanting support with relaxation and restful sleep will also enjoy this class. Poses to renew strength, vitality and flexibility will be offered weekly.
Monday Blended Yoga with Mat – 6:30-7:30 pm
A blended class for all levels with elements of traditional and non- traditional class flow for yoga. The class will show how to incorporate yoga into the daily life as well as additional elements to bring about a more positive and healthy life.
Tuesday Kundalini Yoga with Tammy – 6:00-7:00 pm
Kundalini yoga opens your heart, builds strength, and helps to release the potential that resides within each one of us. All classes will begin with an opening chant, we will then move into a series of movements, or kriya, and we will finish with a deep meditation and a closing blessing. This class is open to all levels of ability.

Join me for a mid-week beginner class that focuses on stretching, breathing, and building postural alignment. This class will help students understand and begin to address their own strengths and weaknesses. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Wednesday Tai Chi with Bob – 10:00-11:00 am
A class for those who are looking to increase their balance, health, and awareness. This class is designed for beginning students as well as those who have studied Tai-Chi in the past. Classes will keep to basic foot positions, hand movements and breathing techniques. All levels are welcome.
Wednesday Midweek Unwind with Jane – 6:30-8:00 pm
Dissolve stress and get refreshed in this dynamic class. Students will be supported to move into all categories of poses, while integrating physical, mental and emotional well-being. The class begins and ends with focused relaxation and meditation. All levels of students are welcome to attend.
Thursday Morning Stretch with Sue - 8:15 - 9:15 am
Wake up your body with an early morning stretch, starting with gentle stretches and building on basic poses to improve strength, increase flexibility, and build stamina. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Thursday Adaptive Yoga with Sue - 2:30 - 3:30 pm
There are times in our lives when our body doesn't move the way we would like it to. During those times we need to look for ways to help us in quieting the mind while gently stretching and strengthening the body. The practice is done mainly on chairs.
Thursday Beginner Yoga with Sue- 5:00 - 6:00 pm
This class is for beginners and those who like to keep it basic. We will work on breathing techniques as well as poses to help you improve postural alignment and range of motion. You will use props to help you build confidence in your yoga practice. Relaxation techniques will be used to help you develop tools for stress relief. This class is appropriate for all levels.
